Presentation Guidelines

ISCU 2025 offers authors the opportunity to present their abstracts to a broader audience through Poster Presentations. To ensure that all presenting authors of accepted abstracts are well-informed, we encourage them to review the following guidelines:

POSTER PRESENTATION: Oral Poster & Poster Exhibition

Poster Presentations are divided into two categories: Oral Poster Presentations and Poster Exhibitions.
For Oral Poster Presentations, authors are required to stand by their poster and deliver a presentation, which includes a 7-minute presentation followed by a 3-minute Q&A session.
In contrast, Poster Exhibitions do not require authors to present, as their posters will be displayed without an accompanying oral presentation.

Poster Presenters [Oral Poster]

Location: COEX Magok, Korea
Oral Presentation Date & Time: 15:10-16:10, June 28, 2025

All presenters are requested to mount and remove their posters at the designated date and time as indicated below.

  • Mount: 08:00-09:00, June 28, 2025
  • Remove: 16:10-17:00, June 29, 2025
  • Presentation Language: English or Korean
  • The length of presentation: Total 10 minutes (7 minutes of presentation & 3 minutes of question and answer session)
  • Please note that posters not removed after the specified time will be discarded without further notice. Pins, tapes, and Velcro will be provided for mounting the posters.
How to Prepare the Poster

    • Posters must be readable by viewers 1-2 meters away
    • The message should be clear and understandable without oral explanation
    • The poster title, author(s)’s name(s), and affiliation(s) should appear at the top.
    • Contents should be in the order of abstract.
    • Each poster should be placed on the numbered board assigned to each presenter.
    • Posters should be brought to the meeting and not mailed, as the organizing committee cannot be responsible for loss or mishandling.
    • Presenters are responsible for posting and removing their own materials.
    • Handouts are encouraged for participants wishing to receive more information about your poster and research.

Poster Dimensions
  • Please note that only portrait-oriented posters will fit on the display boards.
  • Preferred Size of Poster: 85 cm (W) * 140 cm (H)

Best Presentation Award
  • Best Presentation Award awardees will be selected based on the quality of their presentations by the judges of ISCU 2025, who shall evaluate the presentation. Best Presentation Award will be awarded on June 29th during the Closing & Award Ceremony.
